Privacy Policy

Currently, Wicode Infotech is providing only ERP Services to various clients. We are offering services based on two different models.

1. ERP Services with ON-PREMISE SERVER Model
2. ERP Services with CLOUD SERVER Model

Our Privacy Policy for ON-PREMISE SERVER Model

1. We will not be responsible for any Hardware Failures.
2. We will not be responsible for any software upgrades and installation/reinstallation.
3. We will not be responsible for any Virus or Spyware or Ransomware attacks.

Our Privacy Policy for CLOUD SERVER Model

1. As we will host from third part server Hoster like Microsoft, Amazon or any other servers, the same policy of third part private policy will be applied to our customer as well.
2. If Private policy of our third party server Hoster is based on pricing, then the same policy will be applied to our customer as well.
